Dorado – I think I had this fish before in one of the restaurants of Key West and I remember it was delicious! Don’t remember name of the restaurant though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Used real butter and added fresh dill, thyme, basil, pineapple rosemary and lemon 🍋

Together with Theo we ate it all ! It’s was really delicious!
