Christmas Eve

Time for goose to be put in oven. As my recèpe suggested I marinaded it with fresh thyme, garlic and Svanatian salt overnight.

Staffed goose with apples and prunes and covered with slice of oranges 🍊 Goose goes in the oven for at least 3 hours

I think I overestimated the size of a goose! if yesterday it seemed small, today it looks humongous! 😂

After 4 hours in the oven, he looked like a king in the castle!

Made just butternut squash purée to compliment a goose meat. And for appetizers- marinated mushrooms, vinaigrette and Devil’s eggs- Hello!! – totally popular dish from 50-s!

Theo now wants to seat with us at the table 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you asked me what choice of a drink you would be surprised that it wasn’t white wine. Paired with French Bordeaux! And surprise – I like it how it played out! I can’t believe i said it but the wine was really good.

Dinner 🥘 was awesome and the goose was fantastically delicious!
