I came to realization that I don’t have a little tray where I can put my cup of tea, or hot chocolate with cookies. And my thoughts brought me from idea to buy it, which is no brainer really, to the idea of creating it myself.

I bought a wood tray for $12 and 2 handles ($3 each)

What left is a resin part, fortunately enough I already have plenty of materials ready to use.

I wanted to make it close to the marble colors of my countertop, so I choose brown, gold, white iridescent and gold peach resin colors. Later added a little purple but just a little

When resin started to harden a little I inserted the handles and made sure that I leave a tray in level (iPhone application finally comes handy)

24 hours to cure and the tray is ready to use.
