Always was a fan of chicken liver, don’t mentioning foie gras. Why I didn’t cook it for so many years? Have no idea – I guess laziness is factor 🤷🏻♀️☺️
It’s not a big deal to cook chicken liver but addition of little secret ingredient could make this dish truly amazing
So, in this case my secret ingredient is Sherry! I decided to make pate and making it drove me crazy because I used all available mixers at home and still have a problem to mix it all together smoothly. Next time I will use meat grinder first !
