Dinner is served

Since I tried duck with grilled orange in Soho which I thought it’s a great idea, I wanted to incorporate it in my cooking as well Today was the day .

Cut duck skin on the top , it will not allow duck piece to warp

Next part is making butternut squash purée and adding slices of grilled oranges for a bit of savory taste.

Garnish with yellow beet cubes and red current, and voila -dinner was ready.

Guess who is think that third plate should’ve been somewhere!
